Dear Sirs,
Too often people complain about service. This time I am
happy to tell you that yesterday when our A/C was leaking, HK
and his assistant did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing
the problem. Access to the unit was difficult and they managed
to overcome the obstacle to do the job.
This is the second time HK has come to cure a problem. His
professional manner and good nature make it a pleasure to work
with him.
