eliminate those cold wind drafts, to restore a beautiful view
of the city’s skyline or maybe just to get those windows
cleaned. Winter Storage is the perfect solution.
Our Winter Storage Special includes: (Download

- Careful removal of the unit including
side panels & brackets etc.
- Vacuum the unit & install new
polyurethane filter (clean reusable filter)
- Check all the wiring and electrical
components for the proper functioning
- Lubricate the motor and adjust the
thermostat etc.
- After winter we reinstall the air
conditioner making sure that it is properly sealed against
showers and thunderstorms.
The Special Prices for Air
Conditioners in double hung windows are as follows:
Most Lower Mounted units 18,000 BTU and below $ 269 + Tax
Most Lower Mounted units above 18,000 BTU $299 + Tax
Top Mounted units $299-$399 + Tax
This price includes reinstallation done in the same window
using the same panels, brackets and other hardware. Front
covers, panels, bars, remote controls and brackets will be
properly packed in plastic bags and stored with the
customer. Call early to reserve the most convenient time for
pick-up.
Note: The stored units must be removed from storage by May
15, 2012. There will be additional charge of $ 5 + tax per
day for units left in storage after this date. Local Law 11
of 1998 (LL/98) mandates the periodic inspection of the
exterior walls and appurtenances (including window air
conditioners) of buildings greater than six stories in
height.
